3 Reasons Why You Need to Visit Point of Rocks Beach

    1. Avoid the Crowds

While there are so many gorgeous beaches in Cape Cod, they can get a little crowded at times. The summer months are a popular time for visitors to come soak up some sun. Luckily, Point of Rocks Beach is rarely crowded. There is no parking lot because the beach is at a dead-end street, so you won’t find many people here. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy some quiet time by the ocean. Spread out a beach blanket as you read a novel from the Brewster Book Store with no other sounds but the crashing waves and chirping birds.

    3. A Unique Beach

There’s so much more to this beach than just water and sand! As the name of this beach suggests, there are many rocks scattered about. This adds some character to the area, giving it even more charm than the usual Cape Cod beaches. During low tide, you can walk among these large stones. It’s always interesting to see the wildlife and creatures that surround them.

    3. Watch the Sunset

If you’re looking for places to watch the sunset, it’s always gorgeous at Point of Rocks Beach in Brewster! Because it’s on the western side of the Cape Cod peninsula, it’s one of the best spots to watch the sunset in the entire area. The reflection off the water produces a gorgeous site every time the sun goes down. It’s the perfect place to come with your sweetheart; share a bottle of wine here as you watch the sky and ocean turn brilliant shades of pink and orange.
