Important Information

Payment – A valid credit card will guarantee your reservation at the time of your booking; full, non-refundable payment will be automatically processed to that credit card 30 days (or less) prior to your scheduled arrival. Any gift certificates must be applied to your reservation at least 30-days prior to your reservation, or at the time of booking.

Cancellation –Reservations canceled 31 days or more prior to scheduled arrival are free of any fees. Reservations canceled within 30 days of scheduled arrival are non-refundable. However, a credit in the amount of your payment will be provided for a future off-season stay (November through May).

Arrival/Departure – Check-in is available anytime after 3pm. If your travel plans permit, and you’d like to arrive a little earlier, please contact innkeeper to see if we can accommodate you. Check-out is 11am.

Groups – Please contact us directly to book more than 3 rooms.

Parking – Plenty of free, on-site parking for our guests.

Tobacco Use – The guest rooms, common areas, decks and balconies – both public and private, as well as the grounds of our B&B, are smoke-free areas.

Pets – Not allowed.

Children – Well supervised children, 12 years of age and older, are welcome. Our inn is not suitable for children under 12. There is a safe, sandy beach, hiking and biking trails galore, an ice cream shop and children’s theatre, horseback riding, as well as the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, all within a mile of the Inn.

Daily Housekeeping – Provided (please notify us if you would prefer to opt out).
