Your Guide to Planning a Boston to Brewster Road Trip

    Map it Out

The best way to start your getaway on a positive note is to have a seamless travel plan. Usually, this involves plane or train tickets that can be expensive and eat up a day’s worth of travel time. When you take a Boston to Brewster road trip, though, travel is easy. You can access the Cape from Boston by car. The distance between the cities is only 85 miles, making it about an hour and a half drive from Boston.

This reasonable driving distance makes Boston to Brewster perfect for a Cape Cod day trip or a long weekend. With so much to see and do in our area, we a weekend-long getaway is preferred. Don’t stress about what to pack, either! We’ve put together a Cape Cod packing list for every season.

    Stops Along the Way

Because the driving distance between Boston and Brewster is pretty short, you don’t have to stop on your road trip. You could very easily drive all the way through if you’re itching to explore our area. However, we encourage everyone to take a pit stop at Cafe Riverview

This quaint lunch spot is in Sandwich, MA, the first town you’ll make your way onto the Cape. Cafe Riverview serves coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and more! You’ll also be supporting the local community when you eat here as the cafe is an extension of an area high school’s transitional program.

What to Do When You Get Here
