We recently made improvements to the Inn to further enhance our guests’ experience. We’re excited to announce that all the bathrooms at Candleberry Inn undergone a comprehensive renovation!
The scope of work included re-planning some of the bathrooms to provide a more functional and spacious bath area, as well as enhanced lighting, ventilation and premium materials, and updated fixtures & fittings. The bathrooms now feature stone and tile floors, ceramic tile showers, and stone vanity counter tops.

The Vision
The renovation was thoughtfully designed to enhance the era and character of respective Inn spaces. The bathrooms located in the original Federal–style portion of the inn built upon that traditional historic flavor. For example, there are now marble mosaic floors in hexagonal and herringbone patterns, along with traditional patterned brick wall tiles and stone vanity tops.
The cottage-style Carriage House and larger suites now feature a more spa-like experience equally sympathetic to the flavor of that part of the Inn. You can see large scale polished slate/porcelain floor tiles, over sized ceramic brick and porcelain wall tiles, stone vanity tops, and a polished custom built marble tub deck.
Bathtubs
Our larger suites now include bathtubs. The Seacroft Suite now has a Kaldera bathtub by Victoria and Albert Baths ®. This tub is constructed of lava stone and is designed to maintain water temperatures for an extended soak.
The Garden Suite features a soaking tub–for–two that’s set into an elegant an elegant, custom built stone deck. This room has an additional separate, tiled shower.
Showers
All the showers are now equipped with shower heads specifically selected to provide optimum pressure and volume.
They also include a handheld feature and a pivoting elbow mounting to allow for maximum flexibility and ease of function. An integral stone shelf has been installed to accommodate shampoo, soap, and other bath products.
